To all those having problems shedding weight, I will now disclose my secret method. You can lose 16 pounds in five weeks by eating and drinking all you can - fast food, quality food - anything but stay well hydrated with water, chocolate milk, ginger tea, Gatorade etc. During this time get on a good bike. Find some hills, some head winds and just do 100 miles a day for 30 days. Force yourself to add on three days rest. I promise you after 33 days your pants won't fit and you will sleep well and look great.
