Day 19 – Kerrville, TX to Austin, TX

Four new riders joined us today for the 103 miles to Austin. We arrived in Austin after a long 103 mile day. I had a fall when hitting a slick patch and my bike went out from under me. Elbow and hips bruising.We are now well over half way on the 20th day and due to arrive May 3rd in St. Augustine. Till now we have averaged 91 miles a day but going forward we must average 107 miles. But then again the topography is for less hill and no mountain passes.
